Court Claims Hub Terms of Service
Effective October 1, 2026. These terms govern your subscription to and use of Court Claims Hub.
1. Who these terms are between
Court Claims Hub (the “Service”) is operated by CSI Professional Services, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“CSI,” “we,” “us”). By subscribing to or using the Service you (“you,” “Subscriber”) agree to these Terms of Service. If you are agreeing on behalf of a law firm or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that organization.
2. What the Service does
Court Claims Hub helps court-appointed attorneys in Bexar County, Texas prepare fee vouchers. It receives appointment notices you forward to it, extracts case and defendant information, pre-fills county voucher forms, totals the fees and time you enter, and generates a printable PDF that you submit to the county yourself.
The Service prepares documents. It does not submit vouchers to any court or county, does not pay you, and does not track whether a county accepts or pays a claim.
3. The Service is not legal advice and creates no attorney-client relationship
CSI is a technology provider, not a law firm. Nothing in the Service is legal advice, and using it creates no attorney-client relationship between you and CSI. Fee schedules, form versions and calculations are provided for convenience and may change or be incorrect.
You are solely responsible for reviewing every voucher before you sign or submit it, and for its accuracy, completeness and compliance with county rules, court orders and your professional obligations. You are responsible for the content of anything you submit for payment.
4. Who may use the Service
The Service is for licensed attorneys appointed to represent indigent defendants, and for the paralegals and staff those attorneys authorize. You must be at least 18 years old. You must give us accurate account information, including the State Bar of Texas number used to match your appointment notices, and keep it current.
5. Accounts, invitations and security
Access is by invitation or paid subscription only. A subscription covers one attorney and the team members that attorney invites; team members act under the attorney's account and see the attorney's cases and vouchers. You are responsible for everything done under your account and under the accounts of team members you invite, including vouchers they generate using your saved signature.
Keep your password confidential, use a unique password, and tell us promptly at support@csicch.com if you believe an account has been used without authorization. You are responsible for removing team members who should no longer have access.
6. Your electronic signature
The Service can place a signature image you save in your profile onto generated vouchers. By saving a signature you authorize the Service to apply it to vouchers generated from your account, including by team members you have invited, and you accept responsibility for documents signed that way. You can generate unsigned copies at any time, and you can remove or replace your saved signature.
7. Fees, billing and renewal
The subscription price per attorney is shown at checkout before you pay. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month on the same day until cancelled. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which may be added where required.
Payment processing is provided by Intuit Payments Inc. (QuickBooks Payments). By subscribing you authorize CSI to charge the payment method you provide for the then-current subscription fee each month until you cancel. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file.
If a charge fails, we will retry it over several days and email you. If payment is still not received after those attempts, access may be suspended until the balance is paid. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies at your next renewal.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time from the Billing page in the Service. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and access ends then. Fees already paid are not refunded, and partial months are not prorated. We may cancel or suspend a subscription for non-payment, for misuse of the Service, or if required by law, and will refund any period paid for but not provided in that case.
9. Your data and your clients' information
Case and defendant information you put into the Service, and the appointment notices you forward to it, belong to you and to the clients you represent. CSI stores and processes that information only to provide the Service to you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to advertise.
You are responsible for having the right to send us the information you send, and for meeting your own confidentiality obligations to your clients. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
If your subscription ends, you may ask us to export or delete your data. See the Privacy Policy for how long data is kept.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service for any case or purpose you are not authorized to handle; upload malicious code; attempt to access another subscriber's data; probe or interfere with the Service's security; copy, resell or provide access to the Service to anyone outside your firm; or use the Service to break any law or professional rule.
11. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available and will make reasonable efforts to fix problems promptly, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service depends on third parties (hosting, authentication, email delivery, payment processing) and on county email systems that we do not control. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the Service entirely we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to retrieve your data.
Support is by email at support@csicch.com during normal business hours, Central Time.
12. Intellectual property
CSI owns the Service, its software and its design. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your subscription is active. County forms and their content are not ours. You keep ownership of your own data and documents.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Except as expressly stated, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We do not warrant that vouchers prepared with the Service will be accepted or paid by any county.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost fees, or denied or delayed voucher payments. CSI's total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid CSI for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify CSI against claims arising from your use of the Service, the content you submit, your vouchers, or your breach of these terms or of your professional obligations.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will email subscribers and post the new version here before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it. Each subscription records the version of the terms accepted at sign-up.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
17. General
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor in connection with a merger or sale of the business. These terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us about the Service.
